For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash. Ask about additional payment options. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. After endodontic treatment is completed, we will provide you with an insurance statement for reimbursement.
